Maternity and Neonatal Survey
Share your views on maternity and neonatal services in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership survey is given to any one who is pregnant or has had a baby in a hospital Nottingham and Nottinghamshire in the past 12 months (we do consider feedback older than this within reason).
The questions in the survey cover different aspects of pregnancy, maternity and neonatal care. The results from the survey are shared with maternity and neonatal service providers so they can use the feedback to improve services for the future. (If you received parts of your care from trusts outside of Nottingham or Nottinghamshire, we will pass your feedback on to the relevant MNVP).
