Survey launched to find out how the public uses health services in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire 

People of all ages across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are being asked to share how they use NHS services.

The public can share their experiences and thoughts about urgent and emergency care in the city and county in a quick survey.

The answers will help the local NHS to understand what the public think of the services available and how they access care when they need medical help. 

The survey, which will be open for 3 weeks, takes around 5 minutes and the information provided will be used for research purposes only and not shared with third parties.
