Riverbank Medical Services is closing from 1 July following Dr Kaistha’s decision to hand back his GP contract.
All patients are being transferred to a new practice close to where they live and they have been sent a letter with the details. The transfer will take place automatically and patients do not need to do anything to support this process.
If patients wish to register at a different practice to the one they have been transferred to, they can do so, as long as the practice covers the area where they live. If a patient wishes to do this, we ask that they wait until after the 1 July 2023 to allow for the transfer process to finish.
Anyone who needs further help or has any concerns can contact NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire’s Patient Experience Team on 0115 8839570 during office hours or email nnicb-nn.patientexperience@nhs.net
