Care (education) and treatment reviews
A care (education) and treatment review is a person-centred review that is designed to bringing an individualised approach to ensuring that the care (education) and treatment and support needs of the person and their families are met, and that barriers to progress and/or discharge are challenged and overcome.
For children and young people, the review also ensures that considerations about education are included in the review process.
