Our ambitions:
NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) aims to be a national centre of excellence with high performance against the four core aims of Integrated Care Systems (ICS):
- Improve outcomes in population health and healthcare
- Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access.
- Enhance productivity and value for money
- Help the NHS support broader social and economic development.
Joint Forward Plan
Local partners have developed an NHS Joint Forward Plan to improve health and care outcomes and experiences for local people. The plan sets out the NHS’s contribution to delivery of the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Strategy and embeds the principles of prevention, equity and integration, as well as outlining how NHS core services will be recovered and made sustainable.
